Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays. You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.
Duties, VAT & import fees
Prices are shown in your local currency and don't include import VAT or duties. Orders to the US have nothing extra to pay. Orders to Canada, the UK, the EU and Norway may be shipped from abroad, so your local postal service or carrier may charge import VAT and, in some countries, a small handling fee before delivery. These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer. More in our FAQ.
Returns
We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or the wrong size choice. Our caps are one size fits most with an adjustable strap, so please check the fit details before ordering. Customers in the EU, EEA and UK keep any statutory rights they have under local consumer law.
Our hole-in-one guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. No mulligans needed.

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
